In case you have not heard, Berkshire County’s one semi-conservative radio station WBEC joined a radio station in
Hawaii and pulled Rush off the air in response to his recent comments about contraception.

"I may not agree with what you say but I  will defend to the death your right  to say it!"

Some (even some of us) may have been offended or disturbed by Limbaugh’s remarks. They were a small part of a well-constructed monolog.  He has  since apologized for his choice of words in describing a woman’s testimony concerning her view that the government should pay her $3,000 contraceptive bill.

PLEASE help us burn up the  phone lines at WBEC!!!
PLEASE politely but firmly contact the station at 413 499 3333, tell them to get Rush back on the air!

Peter Barry is the station manager.  He told  the BCRA that “many people called to complain” - we asked how many were listeners.  He didn’t know.  Perhaps you could mention you won’t be supporting their advertisers while Rush is off?

Make them here our voice! Let them know how many Conservatives are in the Berkshires!  Please call today, tomorrow and as often as you can.

Many online options exist to listen to Rush and in various parts of the county he can be heard on AM: WHYN 560 and WGY 810, on the FM dial find Rush on WGY 103.1.
